Follow Joe and Leah aboard SENECA

Nine Days and 5 1/2 hours later…

I was planning on posting here right before I left to sail, but the internet was down in my Deli in Culebra so I will backtrack a little.

I flew down to Puerto Rico on July 1st to continue with the sail north.  I plan on expanding on this soon, but the short story is SENECA and I are now in the Abacos, Bahamas.  Yesterday I completed the second leg of the journey north.  Nine days and five and a half hours at sea single-handed.  818 miles.

I am now at the Harbour View Marina in Marsh Harbour recharging my, and SENECA’s batteries.

Being still a bit wiped out, I will write a long post soon to give tell about this trip in the detail it deserves.  As for now, I am enjoying the good meals and hospitality of the Bahamas.
